Do you sell prints or limited editions of your work?
No, I only sell original and unique work. No copies, no limited editions. My works are pure, original and made with a lot of love.
I have a question about a personalised gift. What information do you need?
Animals, a portrait or a memento – many things are possible. Contact me by email, tell me your wishes and I will tell you the options. Even if you want something made but aren’t sure what exactly, I can advise you and help you find a personal and special gift.
How long does it take before my order is ready to ship?
A personalised order takes time to make, so there is a minimum of 10 days. When I start, I will let you know by email or WhatsApp how long it will take. Keep in mind that there may be a waiting list, for example in November and December because of Christmas. I will keep you informed along the way, sometimes with photos and videos.
Can you tell me more about shipping?
Your order is sent with the Spanish postal service Correos with a track & trace code, so you can easily check where your parcel is. After handing in the parcel at the post office, I will send you the code by email or WhatsApp. Delivery time depends on the carrier, but is normally 10–14 working days.
